This year we are celebrating and honoring our Jewish pioneers in Fresno who founded Temple Beth Israel in a General Store.

Dinner in the Sukkah is catered by Gastro Grill and is generously sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Central California and the Jewish Family Service. 

DINNER IN THE SUKKAH MENU:

 A taste of Fresno prepared by the artists of The Gastro Grill team to take you back to the days in the valley when life was simple and people gathered to celebrate gastronomy; the art or science of good eating.

Meat:

 Toasted sage pecan crusted lamb chops with Ceylon cinnamon infused apples and raisins

 Grilled tri tip with  BBQ sauce.

Side Dishes:

Herbed & seasoned Yukon gold grilled potatoes

 Charred brussel sprouts

 Sauteed onions and dates with drizzed  local honey.

 Grazing  Table:

 Ripped baguettes and infused butters including; herbed, sun dried tomato basil and rosemary sea salt

White wine & garlic blistered heirloom cherry tomatoes

 Roasted pecans
